PERSONAL ASSISTANT: GOVERNANCE, STRATEGY AND SECRETARIAT SERVICES (12 MONTH CONTRACT) (Ref #: (REF NO: OHSC 15/2018) )
Salary: R196 407 per annum (plus 37 % in lieu of benefits)
â€¢ A grade 12 plus a Secretarial Diploma / Certificate or a relevant qualification
â€¢ A minimum of 1-year experience in rendering secretarial support to senior management
â€¢ Experience in a regulatory environment will be an added advantage
â€¢ Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
â€¢ A valid driverâ€™s license.
â€¢ Provide secretarial / receptionist support services to the Director
â€¢ Render administrative support services
â€¢ Provide logistical and administrative support to the Director regarding meetings
â€¢ Support the Director with the administration of his / her budget
â€¢ Maintain filing systems.
