PA in the Office of the CEO (Ref #: OHSC 17/2026)

Salary: R 605 742 per annum (plus applicable benefits)

Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree or National Diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial Support, Office Administration/Management or Public Administration/Management. At least 6 years of experience in rendering secretarial/personal assistant duties, of which 5 years must have been as a Personal Assistant to an Executive Manager or higher.  Ability to research and analyse documents and situations. Excellent organisational, strategic, communication and interpersonal skills. Technological literacy skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office packages: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and virtual platform scheduling. A valid driver’s licence.

Duties:

Manage and coordinate all CEO’s meetings, including scheduling, agendas, materials preparation and accurate minutes. Manage and arrange travel logistics, including flights, accommodation and itineraries. Act as the primary point of contact to facilitate the CEO’s communication and relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders. Manage the preparation, production, and administration of the CEO’s business documents while maintaining strict confidentiality. Monitor deadlines and follow up on outstanding matters. Provide Secretariat services during meetings.  Manage the office, its image, and resources.  Basic financial administration, to manage the CEO’s expenditure records and reports. Provide additional administrative support in managing performance reporting. Professional and highly confidential in handling sensitive matters. Self- motivated, dependable and adaptable.
