Salary: R176 310 per annum (plus applicable benefits)


A Matric Certificate (Grade 12) as well as a one-year certificate/diploma in administration or related field .

A valid driver’s licence as well as a valid PDP (Professional driving permit) .

At least five years driving experience as well as two years experience in office administration .

Driving knowledge of the Pretoria/Johannesburg area is essential .

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and organisational skills.


Collect and deliver documents to and from various destinations.

Render a general support function, e.g assisting with logistical arrangements, photocopying, capturing of data, etc.

Handling of all document enquiries/tracing/tracking.

Provide meeting and workshop support with regards to logistics, arrangements and refreshments, etc.

Transporting of persons when authorised to do so.

Assist with fleet management.

Maintenance of pool vehicles, including arranging for services, repairs, maintenance and licence discs.

Washing and keeping clean of vehicles.

Organising with regards to the booking of vehicles for use by employees.
