Salary: An all-inclusive remuneration package R826 053 per annum
â€¢ A four-year bachelorâ€™s degree in the legal field
â€¢ A minimum of 5 yearsâ€™ experience in a legal environment
â€¢ Must be an admitted Attorney or Advocate
â€¢ Experience in board support in a public sector/health or social services/ regulatory environment will be an added advantage
â€¢ Analytical and innovative thinking skills
â€¢ Judgement, problem-solving and decision making skills
â€¢ Planning, organising and coordinating skills
â€¢ Communication skills (written and verbal)
â€¢ Interpersonal skills â€¢ Networking skills
â€¢ Computer skills (MS Office)
â€¢ A valid driverâ€™s license.
â€¢ Provide legal advice to Management and the Board of OHSC
â€¢ Draft, edit and amend contracts, Service Level Agreements and Memoranda of Understanding in lineÂ Â Â with the OHSC policies and procedures
â€¢ Conduct legal analysis and research with regards to legal matters pertaining to the OHSC
â€¢ Manage litigation by and against the OHSC
â€¢ Assist the Board Secretary with legal and board secretarial duties.
