Administrator: Payroll (Ref #: OHSC 21/2022)

Salary: Salary: R 321 543 per annum (plus applicable benefits)

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree/National Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Cost and Management Accounting or related field.

At least 3 years’ experience in payroll administration including all employee benefits.

At least 2 years working experience on Sage 300, VIP payroll, SAP payroll or related payroll administration software.

Good communication and computer skills including Excel.

 

Duties:

Implementation of the OHSC remuneration policies and plans.

Administration of OHSC payroll systems.

Administer new employees’ registration and update the payroll system.

Administer employee leave, housing allowance, medical aid, pension, PAYE, UIF claims and payroll preparation.

Administer employees bonus payments, salary increases and terminations.

Assist with the OHSC payroll audit.

Assist with reporting on payroll information.

Ensure that all payroll information is adequately and systematically field.

Payment of Board member’s fees Liaising with payroll-related third parties.

Reconciliation of employees’ leave days.

Administration of the mobile communication services contract: new contracts, monitoring of all contracts, monitoring of usage, invoice, and payment to the service provider.
