Administrator: Creditors (Ref #: (Ref no: OHSC 12/2019))
Salary: Salary: R 257 508 per annum (plus applicable benefits)
Requirements:
• A Bachelor’s Degree/National Diploma in Accounting or related field
• At least two years’ experience in financial management, preferably in the public sector, including budgets, expenditure, creditor payments, supplier database administration, and financial data analysis
• Must have working experience on Sage Evolution software
• Must have advanced computer skills and good communication skills
Duties:
• Accurate processing of creditor invoices in the finance system in compliance with policies and procedures
• Reconciliation of all creditor accounts
• Support the development and administration of OHSC expenditure plans
• Administer purchase order requests as well as goods and services delivery notifications
• Administer accounts payable processes including loading of payments in the system
• Assist with financial audits
• Assist with the reporting of financial transactions and information
• Reconciliation of outstanding purchase orders
• Regular processing and reconciliation of petty cash
• General liaison and interaction with OHSC creditors, including resolving creditors queries
• General administration duties such as filing of documents.
