ADMINISTRATOR: CERTIFICATION AND ENFORCEMENT (12 month contract) (Ref #: (Ref no: OHSC 17 /2018))
Salary: Salary: R 299 709 per annum (plus 37 % in lieu of benefits)
Requirements:
- A three-year bachelor’s degree/National Diploma in Office Administration/Legal/Paralegal or related field
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in office/legal administration environment
- Experience in the public sector/health or social services, regulatory environment will be an added advantage
- Computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Access and Outlook)
- Communication skills (written and verbal)
- Telephone handling skills
- Administration and organisation skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving skills
- A valid driver’s license.
Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the Unit
- Â Assist with the maintenance of health establishment register
- Â Assist with the issuing and recording of HE compliance certificates
- Â Coordinate logistical arrangements for meetings for the Unit when required
- Â Record minutes/decision of meetings within the Unit
- Â Maintain a record and filing system within the Unit
- Â Facilitate travel arrangements for officials within the Unit
- Â Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on matters relating to the functions of the Unit
- Â Ensure the effective flow of incoming and outgoing information and documents
- Â Provide support on the compilation of reports
- Â Monitor budget expenditure.
