Salary: R257 508 per annum (plus applicable benefits
Requirements:
•A three-year Bachelor’s degree/three-year National diploma in Administration/Law or related field
•At least 2 years experience in an administrative environment which must include taking minutes, searching data bases, including legal databases to retrieve research material as well as record management and filing systems
•Experience in a legal administrative environment would be an advantage
•Excellent communication, organisational, problem solving, conflict handling, interpersonal and computer skills
•A driver’s licence would be an added advantage.
Duties:
•Develop and maintain an effective and efficient records management system
•Assist with monitoring of the compliance framework
•Support the Director in providing general secretarial support services
•Assist with the administration of all legal advisory services.
