Administrative Assistant: Governance, Board Secretariat and Legal Services (Ref #: OHSC 11/2022)
Salary: R 261 372 per annum (plus applicable benefits)
Requirements:
A three-year bachelor’s degree/three-year National Diploma in Administration or related field.
At least 3 years’ experience in office administration.
Experience must include administrative support to board or technical committees as well as meeting administration.
Good planning, problem solving, communication, organisational and conflict handling skills.
Computer literate on MSWord, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
A valid driver’s licence.
Duties:
Administer Board and Committee documentation, policies and legal documents in terms of keeping
administrative records.
Assist with the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas, programmes and documents.
Compilation of board and committee packs.
Travel and accommodation bookings for board members.
Logistical arrangements for meetings of the board and committees including booking of venues, shuttles, preparation of registers etc.
Administer claims and payments for board and committee members and maintain updated claims schedule on all claims submitted against claims paid.
Provide administrative and support services to the Director and general office support.
