Administration: Payroll (Ref #: OHSC10/2017)
Salary: R226 611 per annum (plus applicable benefits)
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree/National Diploma in Finance or Accounting or related field.
- At least 2 years’ experience in payroll administration including all employee benefits.
- At least 2 years’ working experience on Pastel payroll software.
- Working knowledge of other payroll software will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and computer skills.
- A valid driver’s licence.
Duties:
- Assist with the implementation of the OHSC remuneration strategy and managing framework.
- Support the development and administration of the OHSC remuneration plans.
- Administer new employees’ registration and update the payroll system.
- Administer employee loans, leave, housing allowance, medical aid, pension, claims and payroll preparation.
- Administer employee bonus payments, salary increases and terminations.
- Assist with the OHSC payroll audits.
- Assist with reporting on payroll information.
- Ensure that all payroll information is adequately and systematically filed.
