Administration Clerk (Inspections) (Ref #: OHSC2/2018)
Salary: R152 862 per annum (plus applicable benefits)
Requirements:
- Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
- At least one year experience in rendering general office administrative duties, including procurement procedures, data capturing, travel arrangements and working on Excel spreadsheets
- Good communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, administrative, organisational and computer (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email) skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Skills in report writing and personnel administration
- Valid driver’s licence would be an added advantage
Duties:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support, including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
- Perform data entry and scan documents
- Manage calendar for Clinical Specialist and Managers
- Assist in processing and resolving and administrative problems
- Run company’s errands to post office and office supply store
- Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
- Prepare and modify documents, including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and e-mails
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Managers
- Maintain office supplies for inspectorate
- Take minutes during meetings
- Coordinate procurement and related logistics
- Type documents as requested
