Administration Clerk (Complaints Centre and Assessments unit) (Ref #: OHSC 14/2021 )

Salary: Salary: R176 310 (plus applicable benefits)

Requirements:

Grade 12 certificate.

At least one year’s experience in rendering administrative duties including procurement procedures, data capturing, travel arrangements, minute taking and arranging of meetings.

Skills: Problem-solving, excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

Must have good computer skills in Excel and Word.

A valid driver’s license.

Duties:

Provide full administrative support to the Complaints Centre and Assessment office.

Arrange meetings including all logistics and arrangements as well as taking of minutes.

Type memo’s/letters when required.

Arrange for the procurement of goods and services through the supply chain process.

Ordering and control of stationery.

Filing as well as the recording of incoming and outgoing documents. Maintain the filing system and databases of the unit.

Provide overall administrative support.
